鬧中取靜的環境，附近有便利超商、停車場，距離鬧區不遠(帶2歲左右小孩步行約15分鐘)。
第一次自助check in找鑰匙，花了5分鐘左右摸索，但對比連住5晚，入住花費的時間可忽略不計。
房間硬體對我們2大2小(6歲以下)足以滿足生活所需，若下次到訪札幌，此民宿仍是首要考慮住宿地點。
