"This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said. "We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. It wasn't our server's fault, but I will not ever eat there again after this happened. We usually stay at this Omni at least once a year, so it is a shame."

"We had a great 4 night stay at the Sheraton! I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels & I have no complaints. It was within walking distance of Bourbon Street which we spent just about every night on. Lots of great cafes near by. The staff were great & informative about suggestions around the area. The hotel was clean & we loved the location! Would definitely stay again!! "
