The staff was really helpful and kind. The pool was a bit dirty, but the rest of the place was really clean despite what the other travelers were doing each night. The staff was able to maintain and claim all of the gross from the other travelers.

We loved all the amenities. My kids enjoyed swimming or playing basketball after a day around town and the breakfast every morning was delicious. We loved having the option to go out or make food in the kitchen. There were several restaurants within walking distance.

Room was very functional. Had everything I needed. Staff was very helpful. Very close to the convention Center. 5-6 minute walk. French Quarter very accessible. About a 15-20 minute walk. A lot of great restaurants and museums nearby.

Very nice property, suites were nice size and had refrigerator, stove, microwave, bathrooms updated. Pool and gym kept up nicely. Breakfast was great and they had servers to serve hot food. Love that!! Very nice staff. Just need to stay on top of landscaping but great place and price. Great location, 10-15 walk to Canal Street.

Great Amenities & Prime Comfort What We Loved Fantastic Amenities: The resort/hotel amenities were definitely the highlight of our stay. The pool area was pristine, the common spaces were clean and welcoming, and the staff provided top-notch service throughout our visit. Comfort & Vibe: The atmosphere was relaxing, and the location made getting around completely hassle-free. Location: The hotel was blocks from the convention center, which was perfect for our stay as we were attending a conference at the center.

I can’t say enough about this property! It was great and extremely family oriented. The staff is really what made our stay even better. Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. Heaven at the desk is their number one employee, she helped me countless times and greeted everyone with a smile constantly. It’s amazing that they have a pool and a basketball court for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property.

The staff are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Big hotel that kids can have fun. Also they liked popcorn as afternoon snacks. The only thing missing is ice machine.

This place is a 10 out of 10. Along with very friendly staff, the room was amazing. This will be my place to stay when I’m in the area. I’m also recommending this place to all my friends and family. This hotel is better than some of those well known name hotels.

Nice hot breakfast every morning. Room was clean and comfortable; kitchenette was a plus. Hair dryer was broken I called the front desk and was given a new one in the box. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was free parking available at the property, and we knew in advance, but I guess most hotels you had to pay to park. overall, it was a nice stay.
