The hotels "joieful gift cards " offering discounts to book "experiences" were a nice touch and encouraged exploration--although we did had already booked some tours and didnot get chance to use most of the cards.

The staff was nice, the Restaurant seemed a bit understaff, I left and went across the street Wich turn out to be a great decision. Just by location you can find anything you need.
