"Overall, it was a great experience. There were a few minor issues with flow and aesthetics, such as a problem with one of the pool railings and the happy hour line being too long. Other than that, everything was very enjoyable. Parking and retrieving my car was easy with the valet service. However, the valet process could be made more seamless for other guests, as some people were left waiting and seemed unsure about who to approach or when the next valet attendant would arrive. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not take away from the positive experience."

"The property is in a great location and super walkable to all major sites within the city. The property itself is older and the rooms are stuffy in terms of air. The A/C was the main reason why it was easier to breathe but truly, the air was tragic. Our room particularly had exposed drainage from the ceiling and that was not only an eye sore, but possibly a health hazard. Also, valet parking is a $50/night which is high but compared to some parking options nearby, it was average. Valet took an average of 10-15 minutes to get the car to us so if you’re in a rush, call the front desk in advance. Lastly, shoutout to Charissa Stevenson. She was a very kind, helpful, and generous staff member who made our leave very easy and sweet! "

"Hotel was amazing, staff was friendly, location is perfectly away from the crazyness of Canal st, but not too far that it was annoying to get anywhere fun. Only draw back was the wooden floors where if you drop somwthing the whole hotel hears it. Shower/bathroom wasnt the greatest but it works. Overall would stay here again. "

"Super laid back hotel. not to close to Burbon street and the noise but close enough to catch the trolly and visit Burbon and French quarters. Staff was Super helpful. Breakfast was simple, but if your visiting New Orleans you’re not there for the hotel food. "
