"Staff was helpful, M Club options were great, omelette station was outstanding, River Tower rooms are more updated and clean, the floor was quiet. Did notice that unauthorized guests have access to the pool by piggybacking off others. Also, its great you offer freebies but the concierge desk posted a list of ineligible tours. What about the eligible ones we can use with the joeiful cards? I would stay again."

"We stayed at the weston, because we know the brand very well.And for the most part, the staff, the room, the amenities all lived up to our expectations. The front staff was professional and welcoming, and I particularly enjoyed my conversation with roxy, one of the concierges. She was very knowledgeable about the city.She was flexible helpful and a font of information My only problem really is the stench on the eleventh floor. I don't know why it smells like raw sewage, but there is something happening in this hotel that every time we got off the elevator we were punched in the face with what smells like an open sewer. We didn't smell it in our room or on our floor but we couldn't even sit at the bar because the smell was just unbearable for me."

"The staff were absolutely amazing, I have never met a more accommodating group of people. They truly provided five-star service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms could use some updating. The furniture in my suite was quite outdated and showing signs of wear. The pool area could also benefit from better upkeep, especially a thorough deep cleaning. On a positive note, the food at the bar was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Despite a few areas that could be improved, the exceptional service from the staff made this a very enjoyable stay."

"I love this location. We have stated here at this hotel a good amount of times. The hotel lobby is always clean . Staff is great. However the hotel is really getting run down and we have been noticing its getting worse each time. Rhe rooms really need allot of upgrading. The rugs,curtains , sheets and pillows were in really bad condition . We always get the balcony which is nice the furniture also in bad shape. The outdoor area some tarps were down, windows shutters mudding ir broken i was really surprised these last 2 visits. Seems they are letting it go. Truly a shame because it was a great hotel but more of a 3 star category now. We will be looking at other hotels in the area on our next visit. Hopefully they will be taking better care of it."
