"The hotel was so cute and very NOLA. The staff was great and accommodating. We arrived Christmas morning and went to see about checking our bags as our checking in time was 4pm. They allowed us to check in to our room early at no extra fee to us and upgraded our room with no fee when there was an issue finding our reservation. Absolutely would recommend staying here and will be going back!"
"We visited between Christmas and New Years and absolutely loved this property. All of the staff were amazing, the Christmas decorations were beautiful and it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms. Despite facing the street, we rarely heard noise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the building features beautiful historic architecture. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its location in the French Quarter, close enough to explore, yet far enough from the lively nightlife, made it the perfect place to rest and recharge for the next day. I attended a meeting in December, and the hotel was a 15–20 minute walk from the conference center, situated in a much more interesting area than the hotels immediately surrounding it. I would definitely recommend it."
"Beautiful room with double french doors to balcony overlooking pool. Quiet due to internal location as recommemded by Ken at the front desk when we upgraded."
"Room 2031 is listed as an oversized king room HOWEVER the bathroom is SMALL. It is very hard to maneuver in the bathroom. The shower head needs to be changed and the water pressure is sub par. I love the hotel and the location BUT this room isn’t it! You can’t sit on the couch and watch tv because there’s a wall blocking the view. Again, it’s sub par. I always stay at this hotel in NOLA but never again will I stay in room 2031. There is a connecting room to room 2031 and the walls are super thin. So much so that I heard EVERYTHING that was happening in that room. The location of this property is exactly what you want and need because it’s close to everything! One block from Bourbon St. ALL of the staff members were awesome!"
"Everything about my stay at the Sheraton was amazing to include the room. The view customer service convenience. I really enjoyed my stay there. Going forward I will continue the book with the Sheraton. "
