The only drawback is room did not have a fridge. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. Everything is within walking distance but far enough from the noise of the busy streets.

No gym and the breakfast is minimal. The property was nice, room was great. Staff were very accommodating. It is next to a train station so you will hear train whistles in middle of the night.

This place is walkable from the French quarter, but out of the way enough that it was quiet at night. The staff was super helpful (our room was even ready several hours early and we were able to check in early). And the rooms were very nice

We enjoy the location, it’s absolutely perfect to enjoy all NOLA has to offer. But One11 has a comfortable atmosphere, nice amenities & it is clean. Parking is especially convenient. We go to New Orleans regularly & One11 is one of my favorite hotels.
