The ONE11 I consider boutique hotel unique, cozy, has a story and Excellent Location and service. Continental breakfast included was great and all the bottle water you need. Privacy, you decide if and when was room serviced. Excellent Location two blocks to the French, and behind our Hotel you can walk to the Riverwalk, take the St Charles Streetcar, Red Bus, take the Natchez Steamboat, visit Vue New Orleans, and Cesar Casinos. And right across is a small mall. Location is strategic, cozy and has an incredible story.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated how quiet it was. The staff are super nice and the property is beautiful.The only thing i would change is the cleaning crew might consider using bleach or some sort of disinfectant in the towels. Aside from that the hotel is fantastic. Thank you to everyone!

The property was clean, aesthetically pleasing, safe, and it was just really peaceful. the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and had so many restaurants near by to walk to. We were able to visit so many places.

The room was adequate and clean. However, it was small. There was a bed, two end tables and a chair. There wasn’t a dining table or a bathtub. I was a little disappointed in it for the money we spent.

The property was clean and the hotel staff was very attentive. Bartender was hard to locate several times so ended up going to other bars. Rooms were updated and clean but bed and chairs are low so hard for older folks. Unfortunately it’s very loud with the boats and trains through the night honking horns and whistles. Well taken care of property and security at nights and key required to get to your floor so very secure.

We stayed in the Crescent Suite, and it was beautiful. Corner so wall to wall riverview windows, brick walls, wood posts and exposed beams. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Trains at night didn't bother me, but we walked all day every day.

The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. Our suite was spectacular and the views were exactly what we wanted. It’s close to everything, yet safe and quiet. And the staff went above and beyond to help us give us information and cater to our every need. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to The Big Easy! Unfortunately most of the staff were unfriendly. The bar and the breakfast area staff we terrible. The front desk 2 of the gentleman were ok but not the rest. The air conditioning was very cold. Too extreme from outside.

This is wonderful stat right off the side of the French Quarter. Within walking distance you are near bourbon st, Caesar’s Casino, Natchez Steamboat, beautiful views of the Mississippi River and so much more. Could not recommend it more!
