"We ate at The Rib Room restaurant for prime rib dinner and my steamed broccoli was served with the rubber band around it still. It was dark and I didn't notice it until I was chewing on it. "This property is very nice. The only issue was the system went down when checking in, it took two days for us to get keys, and our room was only cleaned once and not daily like it said.
