Traffic is Kenner is kind of crazy. You have to pass the hotel find a place to turn around and go back to the hotel. The stay and the staff were excellent.

The room was in aweful condition. It smelled like mold covered up by cold AC, the sheets were dirty, the tub looked like something from a horror movie, there was dog/cat puke on side of my bed, and to top it all off around 9:30 PM, my neighbor must've rented one of the “pay by the hour” New Orleans Specials, if you know what I mean….. As Im laying down watching the NBA Finals, the wall started flexing, my bed started shaking, my headboard started knocking against the wall, and there was a hard repetitive “knocking” sound coming from next door…..for a SOLID 30 Seconds. It took me a minute to figure out what was going on……and then it hit me. I didn't order the entertainment package, but apparently it was included……. :)

The hotel was decently located. They were packed to capacity and decided to only give people 1 towel set in their rooms to start off then when you needed another, they said come back later to see if they have more. The facilities were pretty old and the breakfast was very limited. Overall, just a place to lay your head while you're in town.

Very old hotel. Falling apart. Only one elevator working but also in need of great repair with panels falling off buttons not lighting up. Weird smell in both rooms we had. Not clean in the bathroom. Food options poor. Charged for parking.

The hotel shows clear signs of wear and lack of maintenance. Overall, it’s in poor condition, and the rooms are very worn. Cleaning is unfortunately not up to standard, and facilities such as a gym are non-existent. The staff were not particularly welcoming—however, Pamela deserves a special mention for her friendly and positive attitude 😊 I would only recommend this hotel if no other options are available in the area. Be aware that parking costs $12 per day.

The front desk staff was excellent however the facility was only fair. TVs did not work, telephones did not work, and there were paint chips and spots on the bathroom floors. I chose La Quinta because of previous experience with several of La Quinta locations across the country, but this one needs an overhaul. It is not up to previous standards. I did not have any contact with housekeeping. As stated the desk staff are an asset but as the saying goes, they’re doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

The room was not fully cleaned and had old dried tooth paste on the Kleenex holder. There was a towel rack broken with old pueces left on wall and the just place another right above it. The breakfast was awful only good thing was the boiled eggs and toast. I gave it 2 stars because the bed linen was clean and the tv was a good size. This place is good if you on a budget and staying a couple nights and then leaving

Buyer Beware - comfortable room & bed, pretty decent complimentary breakfast, but pool closed until June, no fridge & microwave in my room despite both being included in the list of amenities. Also beware of the semi-hidden $12 + tax per day charge for parking, something no one would voluntarily pay to park here, therefore it’s just a sneaky way to allow them to advertise it for less on the travel sites. Note - 6 am the next morning I pulled back the shower curtain to discover there was no knob for cold water in the tub/shower - they did let me use the shower in an adjacent room but it doe beg the question - how could they put someone in a room without a working shower?

This place needs some love!!! Front desk staff was great. Inform us at check in with everything we needed. The room and hotel needs some love. Not sure if its lack of housekeeping staff or care, but there is no care given to this place. My room had stains on the carpet and curtains. There was wet spots in the carpets. The bathroom only had one towel, ONE TOWEL in a double room. The tub didn't drain properly, so you are taking a bath with your shower. Also they have bugs. I wont even start with cleaning.

One towel per room. Could not provide another towel, and I had my young daughter with me. We shared. My whole floor smelled of smoke and weed. The bath tub had dirt and feet prints still in it. The bed had a variety of hair (seemingly not from the same person) all on the pillow and sheets. I typically don't complain, but when I was told I could not have a towel, and I had to share one...and the feet prints in the tub. I just wanted to warn others. The front desk staff were sort of nice, though.

They hired a really good photographer for a descriptive because this place was a dump. Only 1 elevator. The stairwell was disgusting. Tub severely rusted and moldy. Pool was shut down the whole time… not that I should go in with all the conditions. Staff member were nice

We were stranded in the area while traveling we booked this hotel based on being pet friendly and nearby the car dealership. The hotel is old worn and overall dirty. The parking lot seemed clean but there were dead rosents in the spaces. It didnt have a good dog walk area but we managed. The pool was closed. The actual room was clean but old and dated. We couldn't get the TV to work the first night and the staff came to fix it. It happened again on check out morning and they never sent anyone. The breakfast buffet was lacking the waffle maker was broken. But the coffee was good and fresh along with the bagels and toast. Overall worth the cost for a value hotel but definitely could be some improvements.
