"The staff were very nice and accommodating. The front staff were very understanding after a very hard and confusing day between hotels. The bar personnel were extremely nice too. My daughter is allergic to egg and Carlos made an exception and made a grilled cheese for her. On the other hand, the hotel is not that clean. The carpets are very dirty. The bed sheets were not changed. The sofa bed sheets were also dirty and dusty. While, everyone was nice, the hotel still needs a TLC. "
