Our stay was great. We arrived well before check-in time, but we were offered early check-in for $25, and we only had to wait about 10 minutes. We had a very short stay, but the room was great, AC worked well, and the staff was very helpful.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Times Square is at the end of the street, public transport is easily accessible and there are shops and food options next door. It was also the most spacious room I’ve had in Manhattan and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was also very clean. My only criticism was the street outside the hotel can get a little loud when the theatres kick out but it did quieten down over night and through the day.

Great location close to Broadway. Room was spacious and quiet (at the back of hotel). Staff were excellent and assistance available 24/7. Housekeeping also excellent. Handy grocery store next door. Weekend night roadworks could be heard from our 4th floor room but not too disruptive. Overall highly recommend

The rooms are pretty clean, it’s an old hotel so small rooms. What I didn’t like was there was no coffee or water available. I feel like that’s the minimum that should have been offered. The location is pretty central albeit a lot of walking around the city finding your way.
