"We asked for a city view and were not disappointed. City view of Times Square was spectacular. An upscale property, but not as expensive as other properties. There was a steam iron and N Espresso machine in room, plus automated black out curtains and sheer blinds for all the windows. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Professional staff and check-in. Felt very safe because you need a key card and your room number to get up to your room. They gave us a restaurant credit, which we used for bagels in the morning. Overall, a beautiful, property right in the heart of the action. It was a little crowded on Sunday morning trying to check out and check baggage at bell desk, but otherwise everything went smooth. Will definitely be back. "

"This hotel is great the rooms are immaculate, bedding changed daily, breakfast is good depending on what you want but small portions, I have accessible needs and use a manual wheelchair, but I didn’t need a disabled room, however I did request a room close to an elevator and it was not easy to manoeuvre round the corners/corridors (the room was miles away from elevator) we kept the room because it was massive and lovely, overall it’s a good place to stay in a great location, close to Times Square and Broadway "
