"The hotel is situated near Times Square and Javitz conference center. The room is clean, spacious, and has the items we needed. The staff were helpful. The dining area staff were accommodating, including John, Aaron, & Elaine. Needs more variety in breakfast, though. I left an item in the room, and they retrieved it. I am waiting for it to be shipped back to the West Coast. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing place in New York. "
