Can't beat the location and super helpful and friendly staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping to the baggage check, each department was outgoing and friendly and helpful. Loved our stay ! Booked a king bed room and it was spacious ! Our view wasn’t bad either ! Checking in and out was a breeze as well so bonus points for that . I loved the location and aesthetic of this hotel I was able to check in early and the room was decent size as I was solo traveling. I would salary here again! The only thing I could note is the building is older and the elevators are very slow.

The building was absolutely beautiful, truly ! The staff was very kind and welcoming. However we did have a quite dirty shower in our first room. We complained to get it cleaned and after an hour of no one coming by, the staff upgraded us to giving us a new room. Overall the hotel was great and the location was fantastic for everything we wanted to see.

very nice staff!! coming in they help you find where you need to go. the regular rooms do feel a little cramped if you have a big suitcase. but in middle of times square and the subways/bus station so it was really nice!
