Overall, our stay was great! The room was super clean, and we had no issues at all. We would definitely stay here again! I loved how convenient everything was, especially being able to check in our bags upon arrival and leave them there after checkout if we wanted to continue exploring. It made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable!

Towels where clean however they had a dark stain on them My bed sheet had little streak of blood thank god i bought my own towel to place on the bed. When they clean the room the next day same blood stained sheet was placed The long line to check in was horrible waited almost an hour the staff was not helpful with directing you to the elevators

We had a great stay at The Row. There were a couple of hiccups, however, the staff were really helpful in making sure we were comfortable. We arrived way earlier than check-in time, knowing that we were going to have to leave our luggage until later, however, the front desk staff checked us in early with absolutely in issues. Our room was clean and tidy, however, the bathroom sink had no hot water. Within an hour of submitting a ticket, professionals came to fix the issues and we had no issues with the water afterward. They were also quick in responding to other requests, such as more blankets, and requesting a space heater (our stuff got soaked in the rain so we wanted some thing to help dry our stuff). The location is really great - it's a few blocks from Times Square and there's access to a subway station just outside of the hotel.

The location was in the perfect spot for dining, sightseeing, and subway travel. The staff were kind and helpful. We loved that we could leave our bags until the room was available and also at the end of our stay until it was time to head to the airport.

On the arrival date, there was a long check-in queue. It took us a bit more than one hour to check-in. They were short on staff. The front desk lady did not even bring up a comment related to the delay. No apologies, no nothing. In the room, the tube had some brownish coloured stains that did not wash out. Not sure what that was. It looked that the room was recently renovated but the quality of work was poor. I could see paint tears over the wooden frames. Anyway, location is very good. One block away from Times Square. I will not stay there next time though.

Fantastic location. Clean room. I booked one night and extended my stay and the staff member the first night put me in a room with a lower rate, but did not inform me. When I extended my stay, the second staff member offered me a discount based on the room I was in, which was an unexpected happy surprise.
