"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. Very disappointing especially as we had no idea of the changes or had not been informed in advance of such. We were not offered alternative accommodation or upgrade to the...

"I didn't like that the staff told me to hand the keycard back to them. I argued that it was my right to keep it in possession as it has confidential information on it. Staff was persistent that they would destroy the keycard"

"Front desk & valet were both friendly and made great suggestions. Housekeeping not as good-after the 1st room wasn’t clean. I had to take the garbage out & get clean towels. 2nd night room wasn’t clean till 4 pm, IHOP restaurant was way too expensive."

"upon arrival checking in was bit busy and only one person was doing the check-ins. Very clean environment. Swimming pool was nice and warm with towels provided. Get charged for car parking and accessible. Room was clean with very comfortable beds and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children with a stroller. Breakfast is included with different variety for all ages to eat from. Overall, our stay was great and we loved staying at the hotel. Definitely, we will be staying there again. "
