"Perfect stay"

"We traveled as a large group, including kids, and I truly feel we made the right decision when it came to price, location, and friendly staff. The place was clean and safe. There were a few minor issues that needed fixing, but they were addressed right away, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fair for the price, and it was very convenient to just go downstairs and not worry about what to eat. The staff were wonderful, especially Jomar, who provided exceptional customer service. He never missed a beat greeting each and every one of us, always with a smile on his face, which made our stay even more pleasant. They are also very serious about cleanliness and damages—any stains on towels (including face towels) or other items may result in a room charge upon checkout, which is good to know in advance. They kindly stored our belongings while we traveled to other islands in the Philippines, with the expectation that we would check in again before heading to our next destination—this was extremely helpful. We also appreciated that they called or emailed us if anything was left behind in the room, which showed great attention to guests. The location was very convenient, with laundry services around the corner, as well as banks, grocery stores, and shopping centers all within walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"The staff are very courtesous, nice, always available when needed and very professionals. The property is accessible to everything including a 24/7 Seven Eleven convenience store that sells most everything under the sun from toiletries, food, drinks, snack, hot & cold meals are available day & night 24hrs. Also, many nice restaurants, fast foods, bars, dance nightclubs, comedy bars and even street foods outside across the hotel is 24/7 available. Laundry mats and they will even do laundries for you for same day or overnight pick up. This hotel is so handy and highly recommendable! "
