Internet was down 2 out of 4 days. Restaurant is very warm, recommend more air conditioning units be installed. Excellent staff, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend hotel. Clean and comfortable.

Avenue Hotel stay

Happy with my stay. 4 star hotel with 5 star vibes. Great service. Free breakfast, foods were OK (mostly Filipino foods). Free shuttle to airport. Nice comfortable bed and room also with enough space. The place accessible to city center by short distance by car. Have some good restaurants and bar outside hotel.

They stole my rolex and doesn’t even help me to locate it. All they do is delay the process. They wont even release the cctv footage to the police. I dont recommend staying at this place. The room was dirty also their drain system in the bathroom doesn't work. Youll be showering with your shower water above your foot. Disgusting.

Revenge Travel to Naga

The trip was to visit family in my hometown. As always we prefer to stay at Avenue hotel. We only opt for other hotels when there’s no available room at Avenue. The stay was as always comfortable, there are however a few minor comments, like dripping faucet, water pooling at the comfort room drainage, fly at the breakfast buffet table, we also have to request for bedroom slippers and bathroom towels. We also would like to see local Bicol delicacies at the breakfast buffet table. The stay was not bad but improvements could still be done for better service.

Don't be fooled by the pictures. Like all advertising, they show you their best. While the lobby area is fine, once you get to your room you will be severely disappointed. The curtains are torn, the toilets have rings and stains. I don't think they know what clorox is. The rooms need serious renovation.

FANTABULOUS STAY AT THE 5 Star hotel in Naga City.

It was simply wonderful amazing to move to Avenue Hotel and see the difference in service and ambience after the cupboard of a room at a nearby hotel at the same price!

Good hotel in a hidden location behind a mini mall

Wonderful hotel. The reception needs more smile-training and more staff. Our room has very obvious maintenance problems, paints and wall paper peeling off. Hotel in general in great condition. Asking for a late check out is like begging even though we were transferring to another room. Hotel is not easily seen from the main road as it is hidden behind a mini mall with the same name.
