Great location directly across from Niagara Falls. Our newly remodeled room on the 31st floor was spotless, and the corner view of the falls was absolutely awesome. The mandatory fees and taxes add up, but that seems to be standard for the area. We’d definitely stay here again.

We were able to upgrade our room to a suite overlooking both waterfalls. Staff was awesome. The room was beautiful and the view was fantastic. Short walk and inclined railway ride down to “Niagara Activities”. Plenty of places to dine within a short walk. Great Stay !!!

Book the room! I’ve stayed at a Hyatt hotel before but this was the best one ever. This location was Huge , Clean and very new looking. The rooms look just like the pictures, spacious, nice bathroom and again CLEAN. You won’t be disappointed.

Clean and spacious rooms for a family of 5 adults. We got a room with 3 queen beds facing the falls. Very cleans bathrooms . But quite a bit of walk to Clifton hill. About 30 min. Niagara Falls was very near especially if you take the lift. But they charge for that.

We loved the serving staff at breakfast and our swimming fun with our family. I loved the location too. We suggest you provide allergy free pillows as a choice. Your feather pillows left us all uncomfortable with allergies. I paid for a falls view suite. I got a view of the hotel sign next door. Dissatisfied with this and the cost of breakfast at $150.
