The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Great to have access to our favourite restaurants and the OLG Stage without having to go outside if we didn’t want to. Although we understand Niagara Falls is a tourist attraction, we found the price of breakfast was a little high for what we got. Thanks!

Rooms are really clean and spacious. Staff is also helpful. Everything was connected internally so did great help during winter. The only thing that I didn't like was wifi services not available for all the guests. You needed to pay.

Staff was lovely and room was clean!! The floor had an extremely strong chemical smell almost that you could taste. No we were not close to a pool I was told there’s Reno’s going on but they should have better circulation if that’s the case

Room was nice enough however heater was not working and the fan was extremely loud. Remote for TV didn't work, batteries needed replacing. There were a few other miner things housekeeping needs to address. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Check in was very long - 45 minutes. Parking was ridiculously expensive for off-site and our check in agent was very confusing about parking payment. We ended up having to go to desk to pay in the morning, and when we went to leave the parking lot it kept telling us to pay…again. Finally the gate went up. The shuttle driver in the morning was very nice and helpful.

The room had a great view and had a great layout for the 4 of us. However, the room was not very clean upon arrival. Layers of dust on all surfaces, toothpaste on mirror and vanity. Could have been cleaner in my opinion. The cleaners also tried to enter our room at 10:00am when Checkout isn’t until 11:00. Cleaning staff then made a second attempt to come in the room a few moments later when we again stated that we thought checkout was 11:00.

The room view was perfect the hotel quality was really good and it was a great experience but just the room price was around 60$ different more than I supposed to pay

Yes extremely clean room. Check in time took 45 mins to an hour, could be better. Also the swimming pool had too much chlorine which was irritating the kids.

Wonderful stay! Pool is fantastic and spacious, clean rooms, nice views and attentive staff. Clicked all the boxes for some R n’ R for Family day! Easy in and out, close shops and restaurants. Looking forward to our next visit!

Room was in good condition and clean but could use better lighting. The location is great and good amenities. The elevator service is terrible though during check-in and check-out time. After checking in our room did not have a working fridge and we wasted some time trying to see when our replacement would come. Nobody could tell us a solid time so we had to switch rooms. The next day we had to shower as best we could in cold water as there was an issue with the hot water in the hotel affecting several floors. Again staff could not tell us how long before the issue was fixed. But as we were in a hurry to make a reservation we could not wait. Hotel needs to be better with informing guests of these issues. Not sure if i would go and stay at the Hilton again
