"This hotel is a little bit too old and the price is reasonable. I stayed for 2 days but no room cleaning for the second day, so the bathroom really messy and dirty. "

"We stay for the night and it was quiet and safe around the property. Walkable around the Clifton hills and the Falls. The room is updated and clean. Staff are nice and accommodating. Free breakfast is good for the price. Will stay again for our next visit."

"Room was clean and was right off the QEW. I was shocked that the deposit was $200 and I was only $70 for the room. That’s the most I’ve ever had for a deposit. "

"Amazing location and absolutely wonderful service all around. TV had many stations and it was easy to entertain ourselves. Many locks on the door to keep us safe. Only complaint was not all of the outlets in the room worked making it difficult for us to charge our phones and devices overnight, we had to take turns. But that was the only gripe. Otherwise the stay was absolutely perfect, perfect location and perfect price. Will be returning fot my next stay of course!"

"Nice economy room with modern fittings and comfortable beds. We all particularly liked the bed linens. The room was reasonably quiet considering the busy street it is on, but backing onto a park helps a lot. The downside was the bathroom, where the floor is a bit of a tile patchwork from recent repairs, and some amenities are a bit lacking: the mirror is very small, there are no towel bars, the door catches on the bath mat; nothing major, just a bunch of little things."

"The location is great... easy access to everywhere. I would suggest some cosmetic renovations (bathrooms) to get an overall rating of 5 stars from my side. The internet service works well, however the TV cable does not. I will stay there next time when I am in Niagara Falls again. I would recommend it. "

"Enjoyed our jacuzzi room. However, the hot water was not at a proper temperature and our tub was luke warm and not very pleasant. Need to upgrade the hot water tank at property. "
