"My first imporession of the entrance and Lobby is that it feels a little dark. But maybe its intentional to give it a more intimate feel. The staff was excellent. I will give the satff 6 star out of 5 if I can. It doesnt matter if it was a small matter that I ask. They have gone above and beyond and gave it they full attention. If I am ever in the area. I will definitely stay again and will recommend anyone to stay here. Just to experince the Great service and Wonderful staff they have. Much Aloha to you all. "

"Cannot recommend this place enough. Wish we stayed more than 1 night! free ice cream vending machine and lovely onsens that switch between men and women each day that are both gorgeous.
