"Even though the website said breakfast was included, they said it's not. The pool won't be open during spring. They didn't mention it on the site. You can't control your own room temperature to heating or cooling, it is centrally controlled. This was also not mentioned on the website. There are restaurants within the building but when you go and try to eat they will ask if you reserved a seat and won't let you in if you didn't make a reservation. So you should just be hungry and find a different place to eat in a country which is totally new to you. None of these nuances were mentioned anywhere. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Room cleaning was done properly. Lifts worked. Other than that there's nothing I would like to mention. I wouldn't stay here again."

"The staff were amazing and very helpful so as the cleaners but the room condition was not great, the wall had some repair patch on it with it seems before painting they rent it out which is not professional. Also there was no washing machines in the property and I had to take my laundry away to wash. "

"I loved the stay here. Check in was super easy and staff were super welcoming the entire week we stayed there. The room was super cozy and comfortable. We were right downtown to Ota , the shopping centers, lots of good restaurants and the train station. I would stay here again. I love it. "

"Most restaurants open till midnight. Easy and fast transportation to Tokyo. Just beware of people on the street keep asking and harassing you to take the service they provide especially at night time."

"Amazing location, close to the train station and shopping district. I didn’t use the on-site onsen, but did go to one down on the beach to watch the sunset. Stunning. Room was well worth the price and staff was friendly and helpful. I speak zero Japanese and got by just fine. "
