"Location is good. Staff were helpful and provided what we needed. There’s no iron/board in the room but it will be sent to the room upon request. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. I reserved a non smoking room. I’m very sensitive with the cigarette smell and I can smell some remnants of the smell of the cigarettes. We were offered to transfer to another room."

"Room is very clean and staffs are friendly. They also offer bread and some drinks in the hotel lobby for breakfast. Location is also accessible to the train station and some convenient stores and restaurants. Highly recommended! "

"Very clean. Simple and note overly complex. Their minimalistic design works for those going to Japan as a tourist. If you are alone, all the more space to yourself. Very relaxing. Staff are very welcoming and help you with anything necessary. "
