"Resort is fully renovated and very well kept. Location is beautiful. Unfortunately given the huge amount of customers, service especially at check in and cleaning especially at the buffet restaurant are not good enough. Sometimes I had the feeling that tipping was the only way to get things done properly."
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort
8/10 Good
"The Pros:
The staff was all very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are super big and comfortable.
The bathroom is also big.
My kid loved the kids club.
The Cons:
The food in general was not very good. The Split Restaurant and Toro where for me the two best options.
Buffett was poor and food was always the same, mid.
The resort is huge and although there are many restaurants there are not big enough to hold so many people. We had to wait for more than one hour to eat dinner at any of the restaurants.
The buildings look like they need mantainence.
The mayority of golf cars used to transport the guests look old and not well mantained.

"I had been going to this hotel for the past 10 years and every year it seemed it was deteriorating and frankly they seem like they don’t care. So we will never be going there again."
"Everything was good considering the age of the property. Staff super friendly, food was ok and plenty of it everywhere! Amenities and shows every night! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend it ! Thanks ! "
Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma
10/10 Excellent
"Had a very good experience. Super clean property. Staff is helpful. Kids will enjoy this place. However, Need more food options at beach area. Also need to add Indian cuisine dishes. Most of the staff doesn't know English, that is challenging. Sweetery shop has average quality icecream. "
