"The staff was friendly. The resort was peaceful with a beautiful view of the ocean. The food had plenty of healthy choices to choose from. As well as vegetarian choices. Hermans was a great fine dining if you don't want the buffet. Silent Disco on Friday was an absolute blast. The ppl that bright their kids, they do a good job of keeping families is their own area, and the adults only to theirs."

"Como cuidan el medio ambiente teniendo mascotas y no permitiendo envases plasticos. Proveen agua filtrada con ozono. El personal en general muy atento. La comida deliciosa y variada. Todo esta cerca habitaciones, buffet, gimnasio, discoteca, cafeteria, el lobby y excelente servicio de taxi. Haré mis reservas en el.furo en este hotel. Lo unico fue que me quería quedar 1 dia mas, pero Expedia me dijo que cancelara la reservacion y la volviera a hacer. Total descortesia. Haré mis reservas en el futuro directo en el hotel, sin intermediarios."

"Being a hotel manager. I tend to really look at hotels from a different view. I saw this property because it was inexpensive for my trip I as taking for a few days. As I arrived. The greeted me with open arms. It was nice. A welcome drink and wet towel. I didn’t have to wait long for our room or so I thought. I was checked into a room that was literally dirty. The housekeeper just started to clean the room. So I had to put my bags in the closet until she finished. A bad start because I wanted to shower after traveling all morning. I told the desk about the room but they told me this would be a better room compared to what they had an available which was a room with two beds. I decided to wait for the room with the king bed. Once I got into the room 30 minutes later. I noticed the room was out dated… I went to shower and the shower head was broken and had to use the wand to shower. Making it annoying to have to hold. I just stayed because I didn’t want to change rooms and I was tired! The customer service was good from most staff. Others were just okay… The food is mediocre at best.. the restaurants were okay. The amenities were okay too. Gym could’ve been better! Entertainment was decent. Not much else to do. Only drink, no TV areas besides the bar but that tv is small… no gift shop for snacks, drinks or anything… I’d suggest spending a few more dollars for something better!"

"The Room Items( the Iron, Ironing Board Weren't in Good Working Condition. The TV. Didn't have. ESPN Available, and the Games that I was able to get. Was in the Spanish Language only. And after Paying for my Full All Inclusive package fir Myself and my Guest. I thought a Laundry service( for 10-12 items of Clothing would be a free Service!!! When I Checked Out, I was Charged $33 for 12 items !! Which wasn't Good."
