"Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean, we did have a maintenance problem (towel rail dropped down when maid was placing towels on it, she was most apologetic) it was dealt with straight away. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers. There was a wide choice of dishes at breakfast & we aimed to try something different each day. The location was just right for us not too far from a MRT station. "

"Great location in Singapore with metro and bus right outside. We chose to mostly walk to our sight seeing destinations as everything we wanted to do was within half hour or so. Room was small and basic but clean with good housekeeping and a great hot shower with nice quality toiletries provided. The pool was nice too for a refreshing swim. What we particularly liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The room was ready for us even though we arrived early from the airport and we were given a late check out free of charge. The staff really made an effort to make us feel welcome during our stay. "
