Great location, close to most all attractions and right next to a bus stop. They have bikes to rent (free) too. The only complaint is the bathrooms need to be cleaned or updated - there's a lot of mold in the grout.

We stayed for five nights as a family of three, with two adults and our 12-year-old child. The hotel added a twin bed to the existing king-size bed, and the room was still spacious enough for all three of us. We had a very comfortable stay throughout our trip. The room was equipped with both a washing machine and a refrigerator, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. These amenities make this hotel an excellent choice for families planning a longer stay. The location is fantastic. Arab Street is only about a 3-minute walk away, and Bugis MRT Station and Bugis Street are both within a 10-minute walk, making it very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. Our room overlooked the Arab Street area, and we really enjoyed the view. I imagine that rooms on the opposite side would have a wonderful view of the Singapore Flyer. What impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The staff made us feel truly welcome, and her warm service made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Singapore and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Location was very centrally located. The 24 hour convenient store right outside the hotel especially came in handy when at 4am I woke up hungry and thirsty since I was still jet lagged and nothing had opened yet. Loved the roof top pool and not that i used them but the kitchen amenities were amazing. Especially liked that it had a washer and dryer and i was able to do a load of laundry since i was already a few days into to traveling and could wash before packing up again to go home.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel is extremely helpful - much better than other serviced condos in Singapore. Would definitely book this hotel again. However, the SGD$30 breakfast is a bit steep since there are not many items you can choose.
