"The staff was courteous and helpful. It wasnt explained well where to check in and therefore I waited downstairs for an hour where I felt dismissed and wasnt given much direction when told to go upstairs. The room was nice as the pictures but some weird holes in walls... The difficulty in speaking to staff was hard at times English to Spanish, even with simple words. The food at the restaurant was really good. The prices were good as well. The housekeeper never cleaned our room and the phone did not work in the room to make request. "

"Hotel was near airport and quick to checkin. Needed something for 5-6 hours. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Though property needs an update and maintenance. Personally I would spend more money for better stay. "

"What a great place for the price. It is a ways from the resorts and downtown Punta Cana but not hard to get a taxi at all. If you want a taste of the local lifestyle this is definitely the place you should stay. Less than 5 mins to Ole supermarket (which is kind of a Walmart) with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if I was going resorting I would stay for a couple days here just to understand how middle class Dominicans are living. Don't let the people who only stay at resorts tell you how 'dangerous' it is. That is nonsense. Go here, have an open mind and cook some good meals for yourself. The manager Raquel is the best! "

"Had a barbershop and pool hall with music downstairs so fun place to hang out, I was recovering from dental surgery so perfect spot to just safe money and recover, on a busy street so easy access to everything, I’m from the city so street noise doesn’t bother me. Clean place, ac worked perfectly! Has refrigerator and office staff is friendly, "

"We were a group of four and booked one of their apartment suites — it was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was also a major plus. It’s close to a wide variety of restaurants and in an area full of amenities, shops, and dining options, which made everything super convenient. Whether you want to grab a bite, do some shopping, or just explore the neighborhood, everything is right around the corner. Overall, a great stay with a unique twist and plenty of space. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups or families! "
