"Room was excellent with hot springs bath on deck of room to enjoy outdoors! The two restaurants we ate at night along with free buffet in morning was excellent! The only difficulty we had was shuttle to hotel as we had two infants and we had to carry strollers up and down stairs and then shuttle bus driver didn’t help with luggage or stroller. Complaint made and on way back they gave us a private shuttle which was a great help!"

"Such a pleasant hotel experience! The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly. There are both Japanese and western dining options at the hotel, as well as a delicious breakfast buffet. I would recommend at least booking breakfasts when you arrive as there are not many easily walkable restaurants, and the area is very hilly.
