We had a wonderful stay at Futako Tamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu. The room was lovely and very clean, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. A real highlight was the onsen on the 29th floor — such a relaxing bonus with great views. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again.

Very upset ale hotel with the large public bath. Everything was perfect. Location, choices of nearby cafe, restaurant, food, bar, and shopping. Everything is within 2-10 min walk. Front desk is very professional and kind. Enjoyed the stay here and definitely I will come back again.

room is not so spcious but very clean. Breakfast is excellent. Onsen(public bath) is available morning and night which is a great amenity. However, they charge the early check-in, even an hour early like 2500 yen, two hours early - 7500 yen. I asked about a couple of hours late check-out, they will charge for late check-out over 20,000 yen. I was a bit disappointed about 'no flexibility'

Great hotel for a great price - the sacrifice is being further away from the main areas in Tokyo. However getting to Shibuya is easy and the surrounding area actually has a lot to experience. Hotel was beautiful, great views of the city from our room. The elevator set up is a bit annoying though as you have to take two seperate ones from enterance to get to your room.
