The hotel staff were amazing. They were very accommodating from having a late check in to holding our bags getting there and leaving to the airport. They cleaned our rooms every morning so when we came back it was already set with new pajamas to get ready for the night without fail. I loved staying there will stay there again

Great hotel in phenomenal location in Yokohama. The room with the kitchenette and washing machine was amazing and so helpful when staying with kids. Beds were extremely comfortable. The area around the hotel was fantastic with great restaurants (Hungry Tiger was fantastic for families with kids), great coffee (Bluebottle cafe) and the station is a few minutes walk. I would happily stay here again!

Everything was perfect from the welcome staff to the departure and their attention to detail of each guest... at least i felt that we were well taken care of.
Lobby reception area that will pretty much give an idea of the quality of service and room comfort.

We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel and absolutely loved our stay. Everything is new, having a fridge, washing machine/dryer, good size kitchen, big bathtub, comfortable bed in the room was amazing. Close to the station, easy to get around. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and highly recommend. Hot chocolate in City Bakery is the best. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs. Pizza was great. We will definitely come back again.

This is, by far, the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in Japan. Having my own washing machine in my room was fantastic, and the view from huge glass windows was perfect. The location is excellent, only a couple of minutes to Yokohama station, and I can only say good things about this hotel! I will definitely stay there again and again.

Fairly new hotel near Yokohama Station. Breakfast is really good but not a full buffet, you get to select a main course and get several side dishes. You can enough food though, one of the better breakfasts I have had in Japan. I be back again.
