This is the best hotel I have stayed. The staff was absolutely cordial and professional and the food was delicious, the rooms clean and beautiful if I ever return to Tokyo I want to stay at The Kahala. Arigato!
Hotel is very elegant and friendly both breakfast options buffet and room service was amazing. Beds and rooms are so comfortable. Staff is very friendly and polite. Enjoyed hearing Hawaiian words from staff and staff was able to speak English as well.
Excellent service from start to end. Yuischi concierge and his team went above and beyond to help me when I lost my passport including calling Ubers, train stations, printing maps with translations and checking in until it was found. I cannot recommend this hotel and service enough. Thank you! Give them all raises!
Ultra luxurious. Breakfast at the italian restaurant was the most elegant I've ever had in a hotel. Room is very large by Japanese standards - even by western standards it is a good size. Huge walk in closet and ultra modern bathroom. Wow.
This property is beautiful, one of the most incredible properties I've ever stayed at. Service is top notch, rooms are very clean with great amenities. The Lounge is stunning in the evening. 5 stars across the board and 10/10, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Feels like a quiet escape in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday life but still within walking distance to shopping and dinning. Staff and service were very friendly and sweet.
Out of all our travels and dozens of different hotels we’ve stayed at around the world, The Kahala Yokohama is by far the best hotel! Their hospitality, rooms, cleanliness, tops any other.
We will recommend this place to others visiting Yokohama.
First class all the way. From walking into the hotel, check-in, our entire stay until check-out, we had an amazing experience. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was outstanding and well appointed, the resort is in a very walkable location. We felt like celebrities our entire stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
For those regular travellers to Japan.
This is another 5-stars hotel for the locals!
The hotel facilities are 5-stars. Bellboys and housekeeping are exceptional but the checkin and checkout processes felt robotics, unwelcome, fake. The fact that both ladies at checkin and checkout satdown behind the table at all times and did not get up said so much about the whole experience. Aloha!
