Yuischi concierge and his team went above and beyond to help me when I lost my passport including calling Ubers, train stations, printing maps with translations and checking in until it was found. Ultra luxurious. Breakfast at the italian restaurant was the most elegant I've ever had in a hotel. Room is very large by Japanese standards - even by western standards it is a good size. Huge walk in closet and ultra modern bathroom. Wow.

First class all the way. From walking into the hotel, check-in, our entire stay until check-out, we had an amazing experience. For those regular travellers to Japan. This is another 5-stars hotel for the locals! The hotel facilities are 5-stars. Bellboys and housekeeping are exceptional but the checkin and checkout processes felt robotics, unwelcome, fake. The fact that both ladies at checkin and checkout satdown behind the table at all times and did not get up said so much about the whole experience. Aloha!
