Incredible stay - the room was gorgeous, big, clean. The breakfast was delicious and the spread was extensive. It was close to Pacifico Yokohama for our conference, within walking distance. Also within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. I would return.

The hotel was great. I enjoyed staying there. They offer nice breakfast buffets. The pool and sauna access cost 3300 yen, maybe it could be better if that is included. The area around the hotel also good, many malls and restaurants. For the pool, I thought it should be better if they can serve drinks or beverage such as a cup of coffee there.

We had an excellent time. Everything around the property is very nice. The amenities and staff are all amazing. Traveling with a small child and sharing space can be difficult but we felt comfortable and accommodated the whole time. There’s lots to do in this area and it’s very clean and safe. The hotel staff were so helpful through pre booking and when we left to our next destination.
