"The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement. I was required to book an additional night....

"Beautiful new hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Stunning building with so much attention to detail. Rooms are on the small side (but that’s expected of Singapore), but our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great mattress and bedding, chic design features, beautiful bathroom, amazing views of the city. In the middle of Chinatown, minutes walk from countless restaurants and Maxwell Hawker Center. "The hotel was beautiful - very nice coffeeshop, restaurants, etc. Loved the pool area and reception level. The room was so inviting to come into out of the heat and just relax. The staff were all lovely. I was able to walk to Marina Bay area - just the Singapore weather can put you off walking too much!! The only slight negative was the hallways to the rooms are a bit dreary but certainly not a big deal. You'd think that having to catch 2 different lifts to your room would be annoying too...

"my aircon in room 1659 is auto and will set to 22 degrees for many hours ,yes you can decrease it but will go back to 22 degrees which is so hot! I woke up at 2am drench with sweat! I escalate the situation to the receptionist but he laugh at me! He showed no concern and not paying attention to what I say! you need to do something about this person’s attitude! Meanwhile I appreciate Rahim for being attentive to all my needs! He is a delight to guests! He shows big smile and very accomodating!"

"The property is centrally located near the beaches, monorail and Resort World (Universal Studios, Adventure Cove water park and the Aquarium). The rooms were smaller than I expected from the photos but very functional and thought out. We had a family room which was two connected rooms. Good to have two bathrooms. To be more eco, the hotel should use large pump bottles of shampoo in the rooms rather than small one time use tubes. The pool area is pretty but needs more umbrellas and lounge...

"Great complimentary coffee selections in the room. Very comfortable bedding, Nothing much to complaint at all, except that the hot water temperature fluctuates when taking a shower."

"Priya, Ryan and Edward (Not sure of the name?!?) at the front desk were very helpful at check out. Our check in person on the first day was a bit rude. Julia? Rooms are a bit small for a family but made it work. Location is close to all you need. "
