Property is well located 2 blocks from SMU. Hotel is ok for the price. A bit pricier for what you get. It offers washers and dryers in the building which is very nice for a week stay. The towels were very old and had holes on them. AC units are noisy. No breakfast or bar. You have a 7Eleven two buildings towards the corner. Metro station is right in front of the hotel and grab service right there.

Lovely hotel with modern decor and spacious clean rooms, staff were great, fantastic location with short walk to sights, shopping and transport, only marked it down by 1 star because the bar never seemed to be open, although there are plenty of places to go nearby

The 30 Bencoolen is located near the downtown line which connects to other lines which makes touring easy. Art museum is nearby and restaurants are nearby. During my stay there did not appear to be meal service in the hotel. The highlight is a nice lap rooftop pool which is well maintained.

Very good hotel. Has everything you could need.
New and clean hotel. Staff very nice and accommodating. Pool closing a bit too early. At 9PM you are just back from dinner and pool is already closed. Overall, pool area is nice and clean and not very busy. There is no hotel outside space or lobby to sit
