Fantastic stay, not as close to downtown as I would have preferred but thats my fault not the hotel. Breakfast was ample fresh and everything was readily available. Pool on 4th floor was very small. Gym was equipped Ok. Everywhere was clean and the maid service was excellent. The reception staff are extremely helpful and professional.

Holiday Inn Express, just with the brand and chain, it lives to its name. Nothing fancy, but very practical and close to the transport options and close proximity to major areas. It's also bit away from the downtown rush, but easy transport to the town in 15mins bus ride or taxi. The staff were brilliant and always responsive to any of your requests. Nice small pool and gym, all very accessible and does the job.

Good value given the location. The room we had needs refurbishment. It's a standard Holiday Inn Express experience with standard food. Good if you want a vanilla experience. The included breakfast had an expansive buffet with North American and Asian food available. It's right on a confluence of highways, so noise was a bit of an issue, but not a deal breaker.

1. I had to leave for airport BEFORE breakfast. 2. Enjoyed beautifully remodeled room/shower 3. ... though lots of clanking from ? elevator cables or plumbing or both. 4. Staff were quite lovely - upbeat and friendly.. made a difference. (gave upgrade to room and 'free drink' coupon) - enjoyed my favorite Kahluea, but coffee wasn't hot ... and not covered by coupon.. oh well!. 5. Came / left by Grab car. Nice and large driveway made arrival/departure safe and easy. 6. ENJOYED the VEGETARIAN restaurant (not yours) on SECOND floor!! Happily Surprised when I Googled 'vegetarian restaurants near me' and found one 9 floors below me !! 7.
