"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is great for catching the limo to Haneda airport just 20 minutes away. Rooms are spacious for packing all your gifts and clothes before going home. Rooms are very clean, comfortable bed and location convenient to shopping and lots of eating options. The train is just outside the hotel. "

"This hotel is a great and affordable option compared to the hotel within Ginza. We chose it because we wanted to have dinner in Tsukiji, within walking distance from Ginza and Shimbashi. The staff was helpful, and the room was comfortable, not suitable for huge luggage, but it was not a problem for us (we traveled light). Some people might not like the surrounding area since it's next to the fish market, but it's only dark, nothing to be concerned about. "

"If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to visit! There are many places to eat and shop as well as see a game of the Yomirui Giants if you can get tickets. The staff was helpful and able to communicate in English even though I was mistaken for being Japanese. During the second night of our stay, there was a conference in session and the elevators were crowded but a staff member was present and kept folks moving in an efficient manner. Would stay here again!"
