"Loved the storage space under the beds, staff questioned us when asking for an additional towel for our room. We did not ask again, as it was not a welcome experience. Air conditioning not allowed to be turned down below 23 degrees, rooms still warm. Self storage space was great for leaving our luggage after checkout and exploring the area. Hotel had little pastries for guests in the morning Only amenities not included in stay were the face wash, lotion etc which are ¥350"

"Amazing hotel, we booked the junior suite which came with lots of complimentary extras that made us feel very special. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel also has a bus service to the airport and kept our bags after checkout which made it very easy for our last day in Japan. Highly recommended to start or finish a holiday in Japan."
