The room was spacious and comfortable - enough to fit a family with kitchen utensils and appliances ready to use. I love the extra goodies (facial cleanser, oil, tea, etc.) available to hotel guests. "We loved our stay! The location was amazing, so much to see and do within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with our luggage transfer between stays. We will be back!"

"The room was so relaxing, the onsen was immaculate (with a whole line-up of different shampoos and conditioners to try!) and the staff was beyond gracious. I checked out a few hours early (8:30am) then suddenly and quickly became very ill. I walked back to the hotel and asked if there was any chance I could go back to my room to rest. It was about 9:30 am at this point, check-out was at 11. So they were able to “un-check-out” for me and allowed me to do a late checkout (1pm) for a small fee, even though my room had already been cleaned! I rested up and felt much better by 1pm. As I was leaving, several staff members sincerely asked how I was doing and if I needed any further assistance. 10/10 customer service!"
