The Nohga hotel is conveniently located in Ueno near the subway. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is very clean and the rooms were clean and modern. For our first week in Tokyo, we stayed at the Noga and we made reservations to come back the second week.

Many thanks to the hotel staff for making this a great 1st trip to Tokyo. Room was clean and had an amazing shower!!! Hotel was a short walk from Ueno station so the location was super convenient. We chose the included breakfast and we were not disappointed. Breakfast was à la carte and buffet.. perfect start to the day. We would return to this hotel if and when we return to Tokyo.

Great location- nice and close to Ueno station! Lots of surrounding food places! Comfortable rooms. Close to Ameyoko market which was so cool to see! The only issue we had was our AC was broken, but the staff was very helpful and switched us to a new room when it wasn’t able to be fixed! Staff was very kind and friendly! Would definitely return again!

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. The staff were great, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. The rooms are larger than average for Japan, though they are still on the smaller side compared to international standards. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful stay, and it is conveniently close to the market and the subway. Amenities such as bikes and umbrellas are available for guests, which I found to be a thoughtful touch. Although I didn’t dine at the restaurant, the menu looked appealing and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel offers comfort, convenience, and attentive service for travellers.
