"Loved the storage space under the beds, staff questioned us when asking for an additional towel for our room. We did not ask again, as it was not a welcome experience. Air conditioning not allowed to be turned down below 23 degrees, rooms still warm. Self storage space was great for leaving our luggage after checkout and exploring the area. Hotel had little pastries for guests in the morning Only amenities not included in stay were the face wash, lotion etc which are ¥350"

"the rooms are rather small. not much walking room. one can't sleep is one is awake as the room is small. all noise can be heard. not enough outlets."
