The room was spacious and comfortable - enough to fit a family with kitchen utensils and appliances ready to use. I love the extra goodies (facial cleanser, oil, tea, etc.) available to hotel guests. The hotel was also in a great location. "

"The room was so relaxing, the onsen was immaculate (with a whole line-up of different shampoos and conditioners to try!) and the staff was beyond gracious. I checked out a few hours early (8:30am) then suddenly and quickly became very ill. I walked back to the hotel and asked if there was any chance I could go back to my room to rest. It was about 9:30 am at this point, check-out was at 11. So they were able to “un-check-out” for me and allowed me to do a late checkout (1pm) for a small fee, even though my room had already been cleaned! I rested up and felt much better by 1pm. As I was leaving, several staff members sincerely asked how I was doing and if I needed any further assistance. 10/10 customer service!"
