Good, clean, spacious, good price. Overall a good place. A nice big room in the residential area so it is expected to walk a little to get to the closest station.

We stayed as a family of 5. Great location, close to main subway line and plenty of places nearby to eat. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very helpful and kind, we would definitely stay there again.

The room was quite spacious and clean, there’s 7/11 right by the hotel and Lawson nearby, about 6 mins walk to JR Ueno station and metro. Took Keisei Skyliner from Narita and took taxi to the hotel.

The room is perfect for a family with kids. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The only down side is the location, it takes at least 15 mins walk from the hotel to the nearby subway station. There are 7-11 and Lawson nearby, but it is hard to find restaurants in short walk. Overall, we would recommend this hotel who travel with kids.

The property was in a convenient location. However it was positioned right beside a main road which was very noisy at night. We are a family of 5. There were 4 beds. We were aware of this. The 5th person was supposed to sleep in between mum and dad, whose beds were 2 little beds pushed together. This property was not cheap to stay at. We asked at reception if we can get a pillow and sheets for the 5th person. We were happy to pay. We were told there is no pillow or sheets for the 5th person. We found it hard to believe that there were no spare pillows or sheets in the whole hotel so our 3rd child could have a comfortable night sleep. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. Even if there genuinely were not extra pillows or sheets the staff just didn’t care at all. They did not try and help or offer a solution (other than pay more money and get another room. They were using Google translate and were pretending they had no idea what we were asking. All that they kept saying was that the configuration of the room was for 4 beds. One of the beds was a sofa bed. This was unmade when we arrived with just sheets folded on top for us to make. Our 14 year old slept on this and said it was really uncomfortable and had a poor night sleep. The forth bed was a bunk that was hanging on the wall. It was flimsy and we were concerned it would fall. I would not recommend this hotel. There are many great hotels around Tokyo that are much better value. I would not recommend this one.
