West Boise hotel rooms a the Hyatt Hotels

"We enjoyed our stay very much! It was comfortable, clean, front desk staff for friendly unhelpful. Fitness center and pool were good. The room was set at a 66° temperature when we arrived, which seemed colder than necessary so maybe not as eco-friendly as they might be. Also, there was a little bit of a rattle in the air conditioning vent area, which was very minor, easily covered up with white noise, and so in all fairness, I did not even reach out to them to fix it. A real plus is that the hotel is essentially in the parking lot of a little shopping center with a movie theater and restaurants and that was very convenient."

"Large room, comfy chair. Bathroom has a water closet! Always appreciate having the toilet seperate like that. We stayed in a king room and it contained a seperate shower&bathtub! The fitness center is 24hrs and the pool&hot tub were kept clean. Breakfast includes personalized omeletes was top notch. Despite the proximity to the highway, the rooms were super quiet (2nd floor so people all around and still quiet!). "

"I love this hotel. It is always clean. The staff are always friendly. The hot water is endless and the water pressure is really good. The full fridge and kitchenette mean I can bring groceries to reduce my travelling expenses. "

"We always stay there for our travels to Boise. It is conveniently located and has served us well. I did not like the lack of cleaning of the flooring underneath the bed. We dropped an item and saw a left-over baby bottle and years of untouched dust, etc. We left a note for the cleaning crew. I hope this will result in a change of policy. Having said all of this, we will remain loyal customers. 👍"
