"The three beds were comfortable and spacious. However, only the side with one bed had a TV, so my kids, who were on the side with two beds, had no TV. There was also a broken charger stuck in a power outlet, which felt unsafe, and the bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Overall, decent stay, but these issues need attention."

"The breakfast was the best part of my stay. the Wifi didn't reach my room despite me being super close to the server room. The TV was standard hotel affair. I don't understand how they in 2026 Hotels don't just use a streaming stick that allows customers to sign into their streaming services so that we don't have to be forced to deal with whatever is on cable. Worst of all the pool, hot tub, and fitness room were all under construction so the main reason for me picking this place, I couldn't even use..."

"The hotel was decent during construction. I must say they were extremely accommodating as changes needed to be made. They made it all work out for us with no issues. That is what matters most when coming to stays. Thank you!"

"I came in at 3:30 (check-in is at three) and was told that my room would not be available for another hour which is absolutely ridiculous because I had plans that night and I needed to be in my hotel room to get ready plus I’m out of town so I didn’t have anything to go do. After an hour I came back in and had to wait another 30 minutes. I usually stay at La Quinta down the street but they were booked but I’ve never had to deal with anything like that with them. I understand if it was a slight delay but it was an hour and a half +30 minutes after check-in. The room should be ready at 3 PM. They were also telling other guests that they had to wait. The lady at the front desk was very kind but I will not be staying there again."

"They advertise a restaurant on site but do not say it is only for dinner. There was only coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I had twice requested early check in due to a medical condition and they refused to give it to me until I kept complaining. And their normal check in is not until 4. The front desk staff were not very helpful or sympathetic."
