"Although it wasn't a Ada room, the bathroom was plenty big enough. And so was the shower, grab handles would be beneficial inside the shower, not just for AD. A people, but for others as well. The breakfast downstairs in the morning was excellent, good variety. And the omelet chef was phenomenal, my dad really loved it."

Even when a minor housekeeping issue arose, the staff and management addressed it immediately and sincerely. Management not only resolved the issue quickly but also took the time to personally apologize—something that never happened at other hotels, even when much more serious problems occurred.
