"Loved the location! We also loved being able to stay in a historic, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both the check-in and check-out process. We truly felt welcomed right off. The room was small, but we were fine with that. The beds were very comfortable! We also had a nice view from our window. The only tiny critique which the hotel being historic can not help, is that our bathroom has a small step-up. Even though there is a sign there to warn you, I was slightly afraid of tripping on it. This was minor though, as it was truly beautiful inside and out. You are greeted with cookies, fresh lemon water, and coffee/tea at all hours in the lobby. All in all, we loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends and would stay there again if ever going to San Francisco in the future. Thank you!"

"The room was small for two people, but the layout was very well thought out and worth it for me. The bed, floors, and bathroom were all very clean. I enjoyed using the rain shower and having all the fun features accessible by my phone (colored lights, TV, day blinds, blackout blinds, room temperature). I slept extremely well here. The only thing I wish is that there was room service available! The hotel is in a so-so location, and I would not walk around there at night at all. However, they have security there 24/7, which I greatly appreciated."

"I liked front desk staff. Location was perfect. Room was small but clean and cozy. No fridge. No trash can in the room. However. Way better than i expected. Felt safe the second i saw the door system and friendly staffs. Will visit again "
