I’ve been staying at Hyatt hotels all over US, Canada and Europe and I’ve been always impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, staff, amenities, etc. This time the view of Union Square brought tears to my holiday’s eyes! Everything was top notch. Thank you Grand Hyatt! ❤️

I like the place because staffs are very friendly and the place is convenient to all the shops I like.
Rooms were cleaned with an array of modern facilities. Furniture was a bit tired and could use an upgrade. Overall it was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Good central location and easy to find uber and plenty of stores nearby. The Starbucks across the street was very convenient too.
