"The hotel is in the middle of Union Square near shopping, restaurants, and transportation options. It was quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, and we loved the large windows and high ceilings. It was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back again. "

"We've stayed before at the Chancellor and really like this hotel. The service is excellent and the staff very helpful. I tore a ligament and needed a wheelchair and they provided it, they were attentive about any need for extra pillows or assistance, etc. I will be staying here whenever we travel to San Francisco."

The rooms are definitely on the small side, but they’re smartly designed and have everything you need. We didn’t spend much time in them anyway, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, I’d highly recommend citizenM for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-run hotel in the heart of San Francisco."
